The Process

  • Ready to start the process of building your custom home? You can inquire but filling out the form on our website. We will be in touch with you in 3-5 business days to schedule your meeting.

  • Begin with a personal meeting with our project manager and one of the contractors to discuss your project wants, needs, and pricing.

  • We have 3 options for floor plans:

    1. Provide your own floorpan (must be drawn by architect)

    2. Custom floor plan that you can design and work with an architect to draw. We can consult on layout and design.

    3. Choose from our directory of floor plans.

  • We will visit the site together to discuss the necessary steps to prepare for your build (including dirt work, pouring the pad, and sewer.electric access).

    If you don’t have lot - check out what we have available for purchase.

  • Once we finalize the floor plan and have a good understanding of your wants & needs, we will provide an estimate for your project.

  • Once you have accepted the bid, all parties will sign an official contract to mark the start of the project.
